Raised C/E Stacked Interchange 2 by Pager

I was trying to keep this as MOD Free as I can, which made it harder to build. The ramps were made first then the Hi-ways over and under them. Because of all the pillars and didn’t want the bridge supports I had to build them above and below the ramps were. But it turned out well.
