Remove Sickness
Has one job and one job only; remove sickness from existing citizens at game load. Does nothing else, and doesn’t stop any new sickness appearing.
When you load your game, the sick citizens count will intially appear unchanged; the effects will become apparent after you let the game run for several seconds, at which point your sick citizen count should reduce to zero (or close enough, after all there might be some new cases added as the game runs, especially if you have a large population).
Intended as a quick one-off fix for people whose games have been affected by errors (mod conflicts or bugs), or who accidentally set their sickness chance settings too high.
REMINDER: this does nothing else after load, and if your sickness has a specific cause (e.g. pollution), then it’ll soon be back.
