Hala Podpromie is an indoor arena in Rzeszów, opened in 2002.
I don’t know anything about buildings, so I can’t give you much information, however: this building has the same stats as the aquarium, except it’s always unlocked.
Textures are decompressed for a better look at the expense of more memory used.
