Cotton Reservoir
Cotton Reservoir is a simple map set in the Great Plains.
Features:
-All resources
-Plentiful fertile land
-One major highway and a few small roads to get you started
-3 train connections
-81 tiles recommended but not required
-No ship connection (duh)
-No DLC or Network Extensions required.
In order to get the same cliff texture as in the screenshots, you will need to use Theme Mixer 2. The texture I used is from this theme.
DISCLAIMER: Do not drain sewage into the reservoir, it will be stuck there eternally.
