Base theme: Boreal Summer THEME by MrMiyagi
Sand: Coosbay Theme by VecchioChristo
Ruined: Coosbay Theme by VecchioChristo
Oil: Coosbay Theme by VecchioChristo
Fertile: Realistic V1.4.5 European by Captain Soap
Ore: Realistic V1.4.5 European by Captain Soap
Leave the rest of the settings to the base map theme
Recommended mods:
81 Tiles – A big portion of the 25 tile area is water and natural features you might not want to destroy, so if you want to unlock all the buildspace on the hills an along the coast you need the 81 tiles mod, also a lot of the natural resources are outside of the normal play area
TMPE – The intersections on the map should be good for smaller cities but if you are doing a big city you might want to make the traffic flow better with TMPE or remaking the intersections completely
Unlimited trees – there is around 215k trees on the map so if you like doing a lot of tree detailing by yourself, you should probably have unlimited trees just in case
