DESCRIPTION:
► This ASSET can be used to fill in the empty spaces in your city to make it look more realistic!
► The ASSET contains:
● 1xTree Guard by GEZE
● 2xBicycles by RONYX69
► It works as a Park but it doesn’t attract people. Otherwise you would see people disappearing because they are visiting the park.
Make sure you RATE the main PROPS because all the work was done by Geze and Ronyx69!

OPTIONAL:
► You should use the MOVE IT mod to be able to move and rotate the asset where and how you want.
► I used this TREE by Pdelmo to fit the Tree Guard
