Modern House by Wolfiy
A modern house I made with Cinema4D, it’s also my first (working) mod with textures and that is usable in-game ever 😀 The house itself got lots of things like a pool, flowers, etc 🙂 Hope you’ll like it ^^
That’s the normal version, it will randomly spawn as a npc house! 🙂 Check my workshop for unique building version 😉
