Description:

A 4 floor, 8 unit block of social housing as built throughout the UK in the 1940s and 50s, often mixed in with other types.

Usually named something like "Wilford House". If you live here, you’re probably somebody’s grandma.

I hadn’t seen this particular type of flats modelled yet despite seeing them in a dozen different towns so had a go. This particular one is modelled after a block in Doncaster. It’s my first C:S asset so let me know if there’s issues!
