Colliery Outbuildings (Decorative)
Various outbuildings for coal mining works or heavy industry.
There are nine buildings included in total – boiler house, coal shed, old garage, fan house, fan building, conveyor drift, conveyor access building (2-way and 3-way), and conveyor loading station.
They are decorative buildings which have no in-game function, and no props or lot detailing. There is a functional version of the boiler house (small power station) as a separate asset.
There is a balance between a high level of detail and performance, with reasonable tri counts and a 2k texture set shared between most of the other assets in my colliery collection.
Please use Find It and Move It mods to easily find, place, and adjust the buildings ingame.
Loading Screen Mod is a requirement to benefit from the shared textures.
Otherwise, the same textures will be loaded into memory multiple times, wasting ur RAMs.
All buildings share the same 2048×2048 textures and have custom 128×128 LODs.
