Reseda Flats Mini Mall is famous for its Cobra Kai Karate Dojo. Here you can learn how to sweep the leg with ease! But be aware that fear does not exist in this dojo!
The fictional building from the Cobra Kai series is originally located in Atlanta and much bigger than shown in the TV show. I focused on the following stores:

- Dollar General (non-fictional)
