This model is based on a house from Łódź, Poland .
According to Wiki;
This house was built in 1870s. However, the current art nouveau look comes from a redevelopment funded by Oszer Kohn that took place in year 1901.
It’s one of many beautiful creations of Gustaw Landau-Gutenteger, a Warsaw-born architect who designed many beautiful buildings in Łódź.
Window frames have colour variations on. Window shops have detailed illumination at night.
Lodzermensch – A tycoon, who lived in Łódź in the XIXth or early XXth century, rich factory owner/merchant, who possed skills of entrepreneurship, adaptiveness to new conditons etc.
A person having direct influence on Łódź’s urban development, sometimes capable of building an entire micro-city of factories, schools and houses for their employees within Łódź.
