** UPDATE – 22nd August 2019 – Added a non decorated version of the asset for detailers

** UPDATED FOR AFTER DARK **

As im expanding my UK collection im finding more types of building that are missing, this is one of them. This is based on my local medical practice and should cater for a small to medium sized UK towns (or any other town/city’s for that matter).

This Medical Practice has exactly the same stats as the Medical Clinic (Euro theme stock building)

This asset can be found under the Healthcare section

Well not technically, but it will look better with them. I’ve added them to the required items.

• 1,288 Polys
• 3,166 Tris
• 1024 Texture res (diffuse, Normal, Spec, Colour)
• Custom LOD (98 tris)
