Description:

Wintergreen Bay is a map based on Bellingham, WA and its surrounding areas. The map has a lot of mountains with a large build plane on the coast, a ton of small islands and water, lots of it.

The Mt. Fuji asset is being used as a stand-in for a stratovolcano like Mt. Rainier and Mt. Baker. The rest of it is custom made terrain work, including all the mountains.

The assets linked on the side are just what you need to make the game not crash, the full collection is linked above.

THIS MAP COULD HAVE POTENTIAL ISSUES SINCE IT’S A CONVERTED SAVEGAME. PLEASE READ THE NOTES BEFORE TRYING.

FEATURES:
– Two 6 lane highways running through the buildable regions as well as a national road coming in via a bridge (inspired by Deception Pass).
– One rail line that mostly hugs the coast.
– Ship and airplane routes.
– Water pipes in the start square.
– Natural areas for state parks and stuff.

NOTES:
– This map is a converted savegame, as I lost the original map to a PC crash. Because of this, all the tiles are unlocked and you’ll unfortunately get charged for all the pre-existing infrastructure. As a result you may need Infinite Money (enabled in game) to play. If there are any other issues, please comment below if *you’re sure you’re not missing any assets or DLCs*. If the map has too many issues I’ll potentially have to pull it off the workshop 🙁
– The anarchy and visual mods are not strictly required, but the other mods are. You also NEED to have NAR, the linked highways, and Mass Transit.
– There’s been playtest reports of Mt. Fuji causing a few drops, so you may try not subbing to it if you want an increase in FPS.
– The map has 400k+ trees so Unlimited Trees mod is an absolute must.
– Cubemap used is the 8k Day 3, which is gorgeous!
