Dutch House #14
This is a small Dutch House. Houses like this were build in the late 19th century and early 20th century, and this specific building is from a village in Groningen.
This asset shares textures with one other asset, my Thatched Barn #2, which you can find in here. When using the Loading Screen Mod, you will be able to save some MB.
By using Move It!, you can combine this asset with the others. The building looks great in combination with farm buildings, as you can see in the pictures. It can face the road on two sides, and it can also fit in a 19th-century working class districts.
