Ponte Vecchio Bridge – Florence
The Ponte Vecchio is a medieval stone closed-spandrel segmental arch bridge over the Arno River, in Florence, Italy.
It is noted for the shops built along it, as was once common. Butchers, tanners, and farmers initially occupied the shops; the present tenants are jewelers, art dealers, and souvenir sellers.
The Ponte Vecchio’s two neighboring bridges are the Ponte Santa Trinita and the Ponte alle Grazie.
Tris: I don’t know it depends on you.
I made a little video to show you how to use the bridge in game.
The asset consists of many different parts, to assemble to your liking.
The main network (the bridge), the main building (consisting of 2), and 11 houses, with color variations.
First make the river, should be 70 wide from the terraforming tool. Then plop the main building and build the houses around it.
Then move the whole piece on to the bridge, use the mod MoveIt to raise the height and make it fit. VOILA!
Please bear in mind, that the game is not made to handle this type of buildings, so what I did here is not perfect and will never be, bear it in mind. Also, use the network only as a straight bridge, this is not supposed to be used as anything else, or it wont look good. You have been warned.
