Transfer Info (beta)
This mod now is out from the very early stage. It has all initially planned functionality but some things have to be improved (panels positioning, formatting text, and so on). If you don’t want to take part in the testing process will wait some time until stable release.
This mod is a variaton of "Cargo Info".
I’ve tried to make updates for the "Cargo Info", but decided to go my own that would suit my taste. Some code parts are borrowed from the original (I do not see any reason to invent a bicycle, and I have to say a huge thanks to Dr. Nya). And I hope Dr. Nya will continue to support the original mod.
At the current moment this mod’s functionality completely identical to the "Cargo Info", but it has some features from the original:
– compatible with Industry DLC.
– correct coloring in charts.
– various update statistics intervals (monthly, weekly, daily, hourly).
I did not change anything in the original game’s panels (and will never do) for 100% compatibility with any mod. That’s why "Panel Hook" is used.
For the test purposes, a copy of the original’s "Cargo Statistics" panel is used. It can be called the same way as in "Cargo Info" (with clicking on the building’s info panel) but with a difference that "Panel Hook" provides. It shows own panel where you can choose an action (in this case "Transfer Info -> Display Statistics").
Carried by trains/ships cargo chart can be called with click on their info panel and choosing "Transfer Info -> Display Cargo Chart" action.
Planned features? Some are noted in my comment beneath. But…but… again and again: time factor 😉
Harmony[github.com] library is used and is merged into the mod itself.
