Hello all together !

This one is another "recycling – product" which I started together with my vanilla rework,
but never finished … until now. 😉

If you use the RICO Mod, then this building will come with 20 apartments.
Ohterwise it´ll be just a "monument – buidling".

The model uses the same textures I used already for other models.

…. so, if you´re already subed to one of those (and the LSM as well), then you can cut the file
size by two thirds.

There´s the main bulding (7×4 tiles), plus three sub meshes.

So all in all about 9600 tris.

I´ve added a small non-working parking garage under the right part of the buidling.
For that, I had to use the "ground holes" to open the ground. The game sometimes cant
handle these holes "very well", therefore it could be, that additional ground holes appear
in the gap between the building and the street.
You can "fix" this by either pulling the buildinger closer to the street or by pushing
it away from it. It´s your choice.

Move it would be needed to do that.

The listed prop packs are just balcony decoration.
Everything will work witrhout them.
