Villa Giorgi
This asset was inspired by Villa Giorgi, an early XX century mansion located in Chiavari (Genoa), Italy.
The building combines elements of neo classical, liberty and eclectic styles, typical of the villas built in XIX and XX centuries in the Ligurian Riviera.
The asset is an unique building (price around 10.000). It was meant to be a residential building, but I felt the tris number was a bit too high. You can easily convert it to residential building using RICO mod or similar.
Update – May 2021: The asset is now both a unique building and a park (i.e. it contains two assets).
The stats of the mesh are included in one of the pictures above (thanks to mesh info mod!).
