Surrounded by Oceans, this location is perfect for a bustling metropolis, or for the Elderly Woman Behind The Counter In a Small Town. You can also leave it Far Behind, as a Big Empty.
No Excuses.
The main intersections and higways are recreated, you can take the Long Road in 24,900 Miles Per Hour on them, as an Interstate Love Song. Just remember to check your Rearviewmirror Once in a while.
All you need is in the start square, but you can Blow Up the Outside World, do some Territorial Pissings with unlocking tiles, and you will find out that all resources are available.

Re: Unlimited Trees, the map has just a little more than the maximum 250K trees, so it won’t blow out your system like a map with 1 million trees. If you’d prefer not to use the mod, you don’t have to! Just bulldoze trees in the spots where you’re building / zoning and you will get below that maximum soon, and be able to place individual trees again.
