NZ Christchurch Bus Terminal
Hello, dear subscribers and other game fans!
This is a my new great project New Zealand Pack.
This bus station is located in the very beautiful city of New Zealand, Christchurch.
To begin with, I want to say that I tried to make this building as detailed as possible and similar to the original. I made it specially with the interior. So if you suddenly want to walk around your city using a first-person camera, you can visit this building and look inside.
Inside there are benches, party markers of people, and invisible footpaths. So your Sims can walk inside this building.
I’ve been making this asset for six months, and I spent a lot of time and nerves so that you can enjoy using this building in your cities of the skyline. I hope it will be useful to you, at least as a decoration.
Unfortunately, the bus logic in this game is very poorly thought out.
As you may have noticed, in most bus terminals, all tracks are rectangular, and the bus paths are laid out in a grid, that is, the segments are connected at an angle of 90 degrees. With such markings, buses behave appropriately.
But if you change the angles of the track placement, as was done in my previous bus terminal, you will immediately notice that sometimes the buses behave inadequately. Because they strive to drive through the building, ignoring the previously drawn paths.
Also with this terminal, there were a lot of problems with the logic of the buses.
Buses in the game cannot reverse. And with such an arrangement of bus stops as in this asset, it turned out to be problematic to do something working.
If you just place a building, then buses will cross it in any places they want.
To minimize this unpleasant moment, I wrote an instruction manual for this bus terminal. I hope you will understand what is written there 🙂

There is one more thing. If you use left-hand traffic, then the bus lines in this asset will also invert their direction. Unfortunately, in doing so, they will stop at the parking lots incorrectly.
Therefore, you will either have to use this asset or use the 2nd version of this building. Which I will release a little later.
