The other actual tall building from Omaha Nebraska, The Woodmen Tower is a classic in Omaha’s skyline. Sure, it may be your typical international style box with questionable material choice for the ground floors, but what actually makes it stand out is its pretty subtle lettering on the top, where it says WOODMEN. It’s kinda easy to miss, but it’s a nice, subtle touch.

Woodmen Tower, now WoodmenLife Tower, is a 478-ft (146-m) high-rise building at 1700 Farnam Street in downtown Omaha, Nebraska,[2] and headquarters of WoodmenLife insurance company. Construction began in 1966, with the tower being completed in 1969. The skyscraper rises 30 stories and was the tallest skyscraper in both Omaha and Nebraska for over 30 years, until the construction of the First National Bank Tower.[3]
The tower also surpassed the Nebraska State Capitol as the tallest building in Nebraska, which held the title from 1930 until 1969, when the Woodmen was completed.
