Description:

The Presidents’ Conference Committee (PCC) Streetcar is an American Streetcar built in the 1930s that would go on to see widespread use in the United States and elsewhere in the world. The Name comes from the design committee that was formed to design it in 1929.

By combining existing technologies and new ideas the PCC Streetcar became a reliable and comfortable vehicle, which would be very successful in the United States. After World War 2 it was licensed to other countries, some of whom would create designs based off of the PCC that would also go on to be very successful tram vehicles.

This particular model is based off of later built PCCs, in particular San Francisco’s MUNI 1040. The number of seats in PCC cars varied from 52-61, and in game i’ve made it a nice even 60. It’s also line colorable, with the main color of the vehicle being changed by the line.

Currently only a tram version, though i intend to make a prop version as well.
