Multifamiliar Apartments
This is a set of two apartment buildings with 3 and 5 levels a.k.a. "multifamiliares" in Mexico.
These style of apartment buildings was very common during the 80s to be sold through INFONAVIT, which is a Mexican federal institution created to provide mortgage loans to workers.
They can be found in many states of Mexico with small variations in design, but maintaining their characteristic brick walls.
The name "multifamiliar" (multi-family) is due to the fact that generally each floor had several families, many of them had migrated from rural areas, so parents, children, grandparents and even uncles could live in the same apartment.
