These assets will work without mods, however smaller roundabouts will not function correctly without Node Controller.
TM:PE is suggested to setup priority and other road rules.

ASSET INFO:

Width: 10m with 7m wide roadway
Road Depth: -0.3 same as Vanilla streets
Markings: Nodes have clean texture with no zebra crossing

Props have been removed where not necessary for a lighter asset and more realism.
The asset has been optimised and only uses one elevation.
