Working Parking Lot
A small WORKING and realistic* parking lot:
1) People will actually park their cars in the designated spots.
2) Parking is increased if the lot is placed near bus/train/tram stops.
3) You can put multiple parking lots side by side (almost seamless borders).
Extras:
+ Balanced.
+ Doesn’t affect traffic.
+ The billboard is randomized.
*Warning: many pedestrians will enter the parking lot and disappear like in a building, if that may bother you, you shouldn’t download this asset.
