2×2 fountain -functional-
It’s the fountain from the game’s unique building fantastic fountain. You can place it anywhere without the need for a road connection. And that’s why the fountain has no entertainment and does not attract tourists. It works like a park and you can set it how often you want.
It also doesn’t need water or electricity, but unfortunately the fountains only run when electricity is available. No garbage is accumulated.
