Canton Tower with animated LED
The Tower consists of two separate assets: Canton Tower without lights + LED lights of the tower, given the incompatibility between Additive Shader (which automatically controls when the light should be on) and AnimUV.
Move it! is highly recommended, thanks to its Set Position and Import/Export functions. Assemble the LED lights when you need to use, and remove it when not needed, as shown in image 4, 5 and 6.
- Search
"Canton Tower"
with Find it! for the main body without lights and LEDs, select and place them respectively.
- In Move it!, get the coordinates of the main body with
"Set Position"
function
- Select the LED lights, go to
"Set Position"
and set the coordinates to coincide with the body (but the
height ("H" value) must slightly larger), click GO to apply position
- In Move it!, use Import/Export to store the LED lights’ position for later use. In
Import
, restore the asset to its original position when needed, delete when not in use.
