Lots of assets with seating places used (including some of the playground equipment!). Also placed invisible paths and ‘hangaround markers’, so there’s a lot of activity in the park!

– Groundtextures may look different depending on the map theme (see last screenshot, compared to the other screenshots)
– Lot of additional assets/subscribtions to make the park work, but definitely worth it!
