First of all!

It’s a showpiece not a filler.
I wouldn’t place more than one in your closeup areas.

Just another addition to my Cyberpunk/Futuristic Assets.
A few made, and many more to come.

All textures used are baked to lod. No colour variations, or alpha textures.

Made for my own cyberpunk city, I ultimately have a tough time holding back my creations and decided I was gonna go ahead with this one. It’ll vibe well in a totalitarian, futuristic, dystopian, or of course cyberpunk themed city.
With an artsy vibe of the stucco down the side and around the windows, and some rough brick texture, this building honestly didn’t hold back with it’s dominance. I decided to dressed the perimeter of the windows with a deep coloured stucco/shale while leaving some of them exposed in metal or starting to rust after the original design is starting to decay under the pressure of totalitarian type society. still makes for some nice screenshots!
I’ll likely make one that is on a 4×4, using a similar texture and have it be able to spawn as I really enjoy the look of this. Also i think making the white rusted metal around the midsection of this into a be on light bordered in black would be pretty neat! We’ll see what comes up next anyway.
The next building may or may not be a cyberpunk tower, but they’re coming, so hold on tight!

I wanted this in my city, and I’m not keeping it to myself.
