This Asset is a growable, 3×4, It Cluster and part of an upcoming style pack.
They will all be fully upgraded versions of offices, commerce, and residencies (i.e. level 3,5), alongside some other key game assets and services made to vibe with the currently uploaded assets deemed for this.

Featuring a bleak facade, and oppressive holographic Mills and Co. signage.
I re-textured, and reworked one of my buildings for this, and I like the look better than the other personally. One is pretty and the other bleak. More to come with this texture arrangement as well.
