If you subscribe, please make sure you have all the props.
Idk if you just wanted all the 21 buildings to look bland and the same, but props prevent that… sorry.
If these props aren’t already in your Sci-fi city, idk what you’re making..

Use these buildings in any way you like! You can re-purpose and republish them if you want. Just throw my name in there. I want everybody who is interested in asset creation to have the full ability to learn.
Feel free to ask me questions, and I will do my best to direct you to the right answers.

which will reduce the size of this significantly (80%less?) as all Main models use the same alpha,specular,normal,and colour textures, with illumination and diffuse being shared in-part as well on a 14-7 split if that makes sense.

There is 21 buildings, each with colour variations, and mostly variable props for added authenticity on each building.

Closed doors, and secrets. The black market runs deep, and shopping is kept on the DL. You can find anything you want in the markets of the future, just be careful.. you might leave with less..

I will be publishing a darker version of these with shinier black tiles in a week or less.. I think maybe two.. hmm. Making something else now.. so when I get to it : D

Designed with a steampunk/cyberpunk aesthetic, while drawing from mainstream sci-fi ideas. I’ve put together a few buildings from Cyberpunk tower 09 to compliment it, and made them low commercial. This will give your suburban shopping district a look of more density. Good fillers, while also maintaining an aura of their own, so they’re gonna tie together a lot that stuck out be before.

They all use the same texture,
All textures are baked to each model.
No Alphas used.
and admittedly there are some unused portions of this main texture as it was from cyberpunk tower 09.

These are primarily designed the way they are for my own city and I wanted a lot of variation for props on these. Sorry if that’s a deterrent, but if my potato can run this, you should be alright.
