A 12×12 unique park fit with pretty foliage and planters, retro ads, chill lighting and a dynamic spinning, pulsating atom on display for your city to marvel at.
Check required items!!
This park on it’s own is simply going to be a stand and a couple vanilla props so make sure you get the required assets!!
Cheap to build and maintain, minimal workers, and very good entertainment/radius.
Does require power, doesn’t require water, or generate sewage.

The stand is 108 tris on the main and 24 on the lod
Textures are 256×256 for the main, and auto generated for the lod.

Once again, I have made something as a proof of concept for myself and my city. Of course as usual I am letting everyone have it.
I’ll be making some holograms soon, using the additive shader, and even sooner, I have at least 40 buildings all growable to release in the low commercial and high residential categories.
