Description:

34-story postmodern skyscraper located in the Civic Center district of Lower Manhattan, New York City.

The building was completed in 1995 and now houses numerous boring government offices.
Despite being quite modern, it doesn’t look like a giant glass box and, as you can see, has some curved surfaces and setbacks.
There is a weird open "gallery" structure on the roof which looks very interesting, but I have no idea what is hidden in it, so I had to get creative here… (I just added a bunch of cooling units).
The lobby part is also looks unique with a barrel-shaped glass roof.
As a result, the building looks very generic but not boring so it will fit into any North American downtown.

This asset has slightly more triangles than I expected, but the building itself is quite complex and overall is still quite efficient for its size.

You can repaint it if you wish.
