Hi, this is the modular aviation club building I made from the ingame aviation club. This asset has the size 8X8 with no building and no runway,so that you can place whatever building you like on it to make your own style. The object use a small invisible cube to replace the original building .
You do need to do your own test to find out where the spawn and despawn point of the light aircraft is. It should be outside of the 8×8 region, so just place this building and make the game run for a couple of time, then mark the position of the spawn point and place your own runway.
The aviation club does not work like cargo or passenger plane, so a longer runway wil not affect the take off/landing distance. Also using advanced vehicle option won’t extend that distance, but make the take off motion very weird (high speed aircraft will climb up abruptly) , so for the best visual effect, set whatever light aircraft to use the speed similar to the original light aircraft will give you the best visual result (my experience is about 140km/h ~180km/h)
