Lake Monument
Lake Monument by Matthew. Inspired by the Hunger Games movies, I want to re create The Capitol. The Capitol is a futuristic city which sits protected in the rocky mountains, it is the seat of government in the nation of Panem. as well as the most populated and wealthiest place in the nation. The Capitol is known for its luxury as well as its power and authority.
This building is modeled after the monument seen in the center of the lake which the Capitol sits upon. I tired my best to re create this iconic building as accurately as I could.
