Decided to upload this since the original workshop listing was removed a while back at some point that I happened to have on my computer. I honestly can’t remember the author unfortunately so I’m not sure who exactly to credit.
On the actual asset itself, it’s a 7×9 unique building (may or may not have rico settings, not 100% sure)
The building is the Skyline Tower from downtown Bellevue, WA, a suburb of Seattle. The headquarters of Valve (aka the people who run the site you and I are on right now) are housed in this building
I know it works with After Dark at least so despite the asset being from 2015, it still works well and looks decent enough as well (at least imo)
