Hwy to blvd on/off ramp-under
Hwy to blvd on/off ramp-underpass. Intersection with no stops/lights needed. Use TMPE to dedicate the vehicles to the proper lanes to that it works as it meant. Can be used without TMPE but then vehicles will turn where they are not meant to turn.
