Description:

UPDATED: progression lock on save game to start as new game & verified required DLC’s.

Great Plan City 2 with added rivers to split up the huge flat area & grid built around them.

City has internal & external cargo train terminals, airport, cargo airport & cruise ship ports. Downtown has a main train terminal, bus terminal & the square metro plaza station built. Elevated metro is built, but left the underground metro available to expand off the downtown metro plaza station.

You can play completely vanilla without any mods or assets, but you’l lose the tram pedestrian overpasses built.

Last 2 pictures provide an example of the city built out with 275,000 population & 82% traffic.

Use unlimited money to cover infrastructure costs.
