Description:

This is the beta version of the Tree Anarchy mod.
If you are not into testing and just want to play the game, do not install this version and stick to the regular version in my workshop.
If you are keen on testing new functionalities and can handle issues when errors occur, please help test this mod, before I release it to the general public.

This mod is incompatible with:

• Prop Painter – – Use my Prop Anarchy or Prop Painter: Revisited instead
• Prop Switcher – Use BOB instead
• Unlimited Trees and Unlimited Trees: Revisited
• Tree Snapping
• Lock Forestry
• Random Tree Rotation & Tree Movement Control & Random Tree Rotation for Natural Disaster
• Tree Fire Control

With the recent added tree resizing functionality, All variations of Random Tree Rotation are no longer compatible!! Please read discussion page for details. Please use the built-in random tree rotation

This beta carries version 1.2.6

Bugfixes

• Added checking for settings file, in case player doesn’t restart the game after mod updates

Please note the following when using this mod:

• If you are testing both Prop Anarchy and this mod, then you don’t need Loading Order Mod. If you want to stick to old Prop & Tree Anarchy, then make sure this mod gets loaded before Prop & Tree Anarchy using the loading order mod
• Please join Discord beta channel[discord.gg] to report bugs
• Please post two files when reporting bugs. (output_log.txt and 00TreeAnarchyDebug.txt) These files are located in the same directory
• Please describe your issue in as much detail as you can.
• Lastly, don’t try installing both this and the regular version at the same time. It won’t work at all

The current primary objective is to get the tree anarchy (not to be confused with the name of the mod) function working smoothly, fulfilling as much of people’s needs as possible, before I release Prop Anarchy mod. Prop Anarchy mod will perform a complete overhaul of the Prop management framework, in order to allow more than 64k props, thus rendering most mods that deals with props incompatible, thus it will be released in stages, to allow the smoothest possible integration with all mods in workshop. No matter how I sugar coat it, it’s gonna be a painful process, but I crave for the day to plop more than 64k props. In the end, this mod and Prop Anarchy will replace Prop & Tree Anarchy completely.
