Description:

A neoclassical style church, based on drawings by architect C. L. Engel, probably around 1830s. It was supposed to replace the older 1703 built wooden church, but due to lack of funds it was never built. In 1852 a great fire destroyed most of the town, also that old wooden chuch was destroyed. A new gothic revival style church was built in 1859-1863 to different place of town.

I modelled this by by drawings found from Finna.fi Model has 1598 polygons, , 1024 x 1024 px textures (d, i, s, n, c). Custom LOD has 62 polygons / 128 px textures. Should found in unique buildings menu.

From Wikipedia:
Carl Ludvig Engel, or Johann Carl Ludwig Engel (3 July 1778 – 14 May 1840), was a German architect whose most noted work can be found in Helsinki, which he helped rebuild. His works include most of the buildings around the capital’s monumental centre, the Senate Square and the buildings surrounding it. The buildings are Helsinki Cathedral, The Senate (now the Palace of the Council of State), the City of Helsinki Town Hall, and the library and the main building of Helsinki University.
