Hi, it’s my second asset. I fixed specular texture and now windows are actually cities windows. I also improved night windows illumination. I added color texture so you can change color of middle part.

The idea of this building is based on using materials from old, abandoned building to build new, vintage styled apartments.
With move it you can easily connect two parts to create as wide building as you want.
