Belgravia Townhouse Pack
Belgravia is an affluent district in Central London covering parts of the areas of both the City of Westminster and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
It was developed in the early 19th century by Richard Grosvenor, 2nd Marquess of Westminster under the direction of Thomas Cubitt, focusing on numerous grand terraces.
Much of Belgravia, known as the Grosvenor Estate, is still owned by a family property company, the Duke of Westminster’s Grosvenor Group.
The average house price in Belgravia, as of 2019, was £16 million, although many houses in Belgravia are among the most expensive anywhere in the world, costing up to £100 million.
This asset was commissioned by Jack Boston who’s recreating London with a touch of creativity ‘here-and-there’. I’d like to thank him for providing the fantastic screenshots from his city.
