This highway has a pavement and permits pedestrian/bike traffic. Foot bridges at junctions are best way to support continuous flow along the highway rather than the use of crosswalks. Off/on ramps do not create crosswalks.

2 dedicated transport lanes on outside edge
2 dedicated standard commuter lanes on interior edge.
