Small Cargo Harbor by Basco81

I created this smaller size Cargo Harbor for my Islands.
The big harbor doesn’t fit for nice tropical or meditteranian Islands.
It’s just a big concrete dock with a smaller Warehouse on it.
There is no road coming with this asset, so you can connect it to any road as you want.
It functions just like some "pier" assets.

Because I dont want every Island make debt because there is a large moneyspending harbor on it, this one is 5 times cheaper to construct and to maintain. I don’t use it for my mainland, because that would be a little cheaty.
