Description:

-Description-

The main police headquarters for Raccoon City. The building was originally used as a museum until the RPD renovated and bought the property in 1969.

-About the asset-

Inspired from the Resident Evil series by Capcom.

I deleted the old version which had some issues such as being far too large in file size due to 4k textures and a few uv map issues and re-uploaded this new and improved version. Sorry for anyone’s saves that might have been effected. The original took about 4 months of on and off work to complete. I re-sized the textures from 4k to 2k, there seems to be a slight loss in texture quality but it’s worth it. I also created a normals map and improved the illumination map and slightly reduced the poly count. The LOD model and it’s textures were also re-worked and now lights up at night.

-Required Items-

None of the "Required items" are actually required but i highly recommend subscribing to them to make the police station look even more accurate to the video game series.

-Placing The Building-

I highly recommend placing the building on a 100% flat area. Because the building uses a custom basement model, if not placed on a flat terrain there may be some clipping issues. The front gate may appear in the middle of the sidewalk (This is mostly because i had to make the grid-area slightly smaller than the building so i could get the basement to show properly), if you don’t want that simply use the "Move It" mod to pull the police station a little further back from the sidewalk until you get the results you want.
