Description:

This building was inspired by the "Confiteria del Molino" in Buenos Aires, designed by Francesco Gianotti.
It is one of the most famous example of Art Nouveau of the Argentinian city, and one of its landmarks.

The asset is a unique building.
It counts about 25k tris in total (mesh + submeshes).
Main mesh texture is 2048 x 2048 px
