Clyde Quay Wharf Apartments

Built along a prominent north-south heritage finger wharf in Wellington, Clyde Quay Wharf is a luxury residential development with retail and office spaces, built from the former Overseas Passenger Terminal. Working on this has been a lot of fun and my most complex asset yet. This modular asset collection features 4 buildings and a roof piece and is designed to work with the separate shelter pack. Assets are non-terrain conforming to make it easier to work with docks.

There is some light prop detailing on Buildings A & D from the packs included, you can either just not subscribe or use BOB to remove these if you wish. Buildings B & C have no props.
