We have created variations of the previously published "Machiya".
There are six types including "2a" mentioned above, with different eave heights, with or without udatsu, and with or without depth, depending on the width.
For example, the wide type is for a wealthy merchant with cultural assets, the udatsu type is for a townscape preservation district, etc. Please use these variations for various scenes with a sense of history.
The following is an explanation of machiya assets in general: ————–
Machiya" is a traditional Japanese urban residence.
They are characterized by their narrow frontage (street frontage) and long depth, and are often found in castle towns and lodging towns.
The machiya created for this project retains the traditional appearance of the Edo period.
Please use it in townscape preservation districts, heavily historical districts, and towns and villages along old streets.
