Midtown Office 2
This is another Art Deco / Neo-Gothic office building located somewhere in Midtown, New York. (Part one)
This one has very unusual looking railings, intricate brickwork and lots of setbacks, some of which are shaped like bay windows. It was completed most likely in 1926. I had to mix two real buildings to make this one, because my main source of inspiration has a non-original storefront which I don’t like.
I took a short break to make 3 more buildings, so now I have 6 in total. They all use the same texture, so they should be super memory efficient (If you are an LSM user).I tried to keep a balance between quality and efficiency, as well as make as many unique looking buildings as possible with just one texture. So I hope you like the result.
