Siemens S70 Twin Cities Metro
The Siemens S70 is a light rail vehicle used in many U.S cities. These assets are modeled after Minneapolis – Saint Paul Metro Type II LRVs. These trains have the standard length but a flatter cab end. The ends are equipped with a snowplow for snowy conditions in Minnesota. One thing I found interesting and unique is that some units have a second pantograph. Color variation is only in the destination board. Snowfall DLC is required.

Recommended mods:
–Reversible Tram AI for train-like reversal running. The mod is still in Beta but this asset works well with it. Headlights change directions for this asset.
–Vehicle Effects for custom sound effects. Sounds are from the real Minneapolis – St.Paul Metro Type II S70s.
– Prop Anarchy for additive shaders. This lights up the destination board and windows at night.
– Extra Vehicle Effects for wheel grinding sounds on curves.
–First Person Camera for cab view. the vehicle camera Y offset needs to be set to 0.50 and X offset to -1.50 to have the correct view.
